Portable Aviation Fuel Systems This diesel engine-powered 5000 Litre Aviation refueller is a completely self-contained refuelling system built for maximum durability, minimal maintenance and ease-of-use. The refueller was designed for emergency refuelling of aeromedical helicopters - unattended except for pilot and crew. The core requirement of the design was for it to be easy-to-use by a single operator under high- stress conditions to refuel quickly - with the system set up to deliver 115 litres per minute.

Ladder can be mounted on either side of the tank. Calibrated aluminium dipstick, with replaceable tip. 9kg ABE Dry Powder fire extinguisher stored in cabinet on ladder. Catchment sump under nozzle and reel. Storage shelf for sample jars, water & dip paste.

Electrically-Powered Systems This 5000 Litre Aviation refueller is a completely self-contained refuelling system built for maximum durability, minimal maintenance and ease-of-use. AFSE’s 5000L refueller bridges the gap between smaller fuel trailers and drum refuelling, and larger, permanently fixed refuelling systems. This refueller was designed for use by a major global aviation fuel supplier to enable rapid deployment to remote sites with minimal set-up requirements.

Details of some of the quality components integrated within this refuelling solution. Everthing required to deliver clean, dry fuel to aircraft. All stainless steel welds are passivated for longevity and stain free appearance. This Skyhawk GTP over wing nozzle is fitted with JET selective spout. All pipe sections are pressure tested prior to assembly.

These systems fitted with Compac dispenser and card acceptor. The hose reel is a Haar with geared manual rewind. Other eels can be fitted to accommodate larger & longer hose if required. A DHP800 diaphragm pump is fitted for sampling/de- watering. Connected to a low point sump via a stainless capillary tube. Tank fitted with bottom fill system with overfill protection and alarm. All pipework in 316 stainless steel with each section pressure tested prior to installation.

Constructed of Grade 304 Stainless Steel - inner and outer shells. Self-bunded and manufactured in accordance with AS1940, AS1692 and AS1657. All welded surfaces passivated. Tanks Fitted with “Red Jacket” submersible pumps for higher delivery rates. Fitted with Compac dispenser. Fitted with Compac OPT with 4G connection (requires SIM card and connection).
