Portable 5000 Litre Aviati on Fuel Systems This 5000 Litre Aviation refueller is a completely self-contained refuelling system built for maximum durability, minimal maintenance and ease-of-use. AFSE’s 5000L refueller bridges the gap between smaller fuel trailers and drum refuelling, and larger, permanently fixed refuelling systems. The refuel- ler was designed for emergency refuelling of aeromedical helicopters - unattended except for pilot and crew. The core requirement of the design was for it to be easy-to-use by a single operator under high- stress conditions to refuel fast - with the system set up to deliver 115 litres per minute.

Fully-compliant and safe ladder fixed to system for access to ports, vents, and sampling pump, with handrails, fall guards, and generous work platform for safe sampling, dipping, and filling. Ladder can be mounted on either side of the tank. Calibrated aluminium dipstick, with replaceable tip. 9kg ABE Dry Powder fire extinguisher stored in cabinet on ladder. Catchment sump under nozzle and reel. Storage shelf for sample jars, water & dip paste.

Ex- ample: 20m x 25mm hose could use a spring rewind reel This system could be equipped with 3 phase 415 volt electrically driven pump system. Could be equipped for underwing pressure refuelling - with higher flows possible.
